Become a Facilitator of an AVARAP Group.

The AVARAP programme is an original and rigorous career change methodology based on group dynamics and creativity techniques. It is composed of a series a career-change workshops, held in the Paris campus (in French) and in the London Campus (in English).
Inspired by the Palo Alto psychology school, it is adressed to experienced professionals and executive managers (5+ years of work experience) seeking to find a new job or change their current one.

The AVARAP career-change programme is articulated in three steps:

  • Personal and professional review,
  • Discover new career options and open up to opportunities,
  • Elaborate a strategy and build an action plan to successfully achieve your career goals.


The AVARAP facilitator will engage in running and coordinating the AVARAP group (12 to 15 people) during  a period of 7-9 months (Paris campus) and 4-5 months (London campus), corresponding to the duration of the group life-cycle.

Candidates for AVARAP Facilitator roles in the London campus must be fluent in both French and English, to be able to receive the training in French, and facilitate the AVARAP groups in English.

The chosen candidates will receive a specific Facilitator's training (in French) of 7 full days (during 4 weekends). They will then be able to take up the first group which will be appointend by the association.

This AVARAP training is fully supported and financed by the ESCP Alumni Association. The right candidate to the Facilitator role is the following : an experienced professional with at least 10 years of professional experience, aged 35 years +, having occupied several years of managerial functions, with  strong group leadership skills, strong self-awareness and with the ability to maintain the right distance with group members.
