The Board
The Association is governed by a Board of 21 members maximum elect all members of the Association.
The Board is assisted by a panel of auditors, advisors and by former Presidents of the Association and meets every six weeks.
The Board shall act on ESCP Alumni policy, strategy, direction and endorses the official decisions, which are then implemented by the General Delegation.
Each Board member is elected for a term of three years, renewable once. Auditors and expert advisors are appointed annually by the President.
Become a member of the Board:
Each member of ESCP Alumni is eligible to become a member of the Board by application by sending a letter to the Chairman of the Board, in response to the appeal for applications sent at the beginning of each year to all members via our media (and eletters magazine).
The Delegates' College then establishes a preferential list of candidates based on the number of vacancies. This list is then submitted to the vote of the members of the Association at the General Assembly, which is traditionally held in June of each year.
In case the final number of candidates exceeds the number of seats, preferential list is completed by the general list of candidates,
