Why join, and what are the benefits?

Becoming a member of ESCP Alumni is a way to show your commitment to the ESCP community and your solidarity with its 85,000 members.

It also means supporting the daily efforts of over 750 Class Representatives and Experts who bring the ESCP Network to life — coordinating more than 200 professional, class-year, regional, international, and socio-cultural groups, and organising 300 events each year across more than 150 countries. So many opportunities to grow your network and make valuable connections.

By joining as a member of ESCP Alumni, you gain access to a wide range of services:

How to join?

Online, using your login and password

By post, by filling out and returning the membership form to:

My profile

Simply update your profile each time your personal or professional details change. This way, you'll stay reachable by other ESCP graduates, ESCP Alumni, the School, and of course, by recruiters and headhunters.

My login and password
Your login is made up of your first name, followed by a dot, then your full last name (e.g. valerie.dupont for Valérie Dupont).
The password is generated randomly. If you’ve forgotten it, you can request it by email by clicking on Forgotten password.

My universal email address
The Association offers every ESCP student and graduate a universal email address. This address follows the format firstname.lastname@edu.escp.eu and is listed in the online Directory.

Emails sent to this address are automatically redirected to the personal (or if not available, the professional) email you’ve provided in the Association’s database. These emails are not stored in a separate inbox.

This universal email is only activated if at least one valid email address is registered in the Association’s database.

To ensure you receive all messages sent to your universal email address, remember to keep your contact details up to date in your profile.

How can I get involved in the Association’s activities?
Got a bit of free time and a desire to contribute to the life of the Association? We’re always happy to welcome extra help at the Delegation! Head to the “Get Involved” section and choose the option that suits you best.

How can I get involved in the Career Success division?
Getting involved in the Career Success division is also a great way to boost your own professional development!

How can I request a career consultation?
Want to assess your career path, change direction, or consider an international move? It's easy!
Whether you're based abroad, in the regions, or in Paris, you can schedule an appointment by calling +33 1 48 05 46 27 or by filling out the career form in the “I’m a Graduate” or “I’m a Student” section.

How do I post a job or internship offer?
Looking to recruit an ESCP graduate? You can post a job offer free of charge on our website — it will be visible to all active members.
For internship offers, please use the School’s website.

How can I prepare for a job interview?
As a member, you can benefit from mock interviews in both English and French to prepare effectively.

How can I access job offers?
Job listings are reserved for members with an active subscription and can be found in the “Job Offers” section or via our partner portal Whats4u.com.
Use the same login and password you use for the Alumni website to log in to Whats4u.

How can I get information on recruitment or outplacement firms?
Simply request it by email at emploi@escpalumni.org or by calling +33 1 48 05 46 27.

How do I register for a workshop or conference?
Register directly online via the agenda page or by email at emploi@escpalumni.org.
Please note: Registration is only confirmed once payment has been received. Participation fees apply.

How do I cancel my participation in a Career Success event?
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by email at emploi@escpalumni.org to receive a refund.
After this deadline, we cannot guarantee a refund if costs have already been incurred for the event.

How do I join a group or find a group representative?
Professional, regional, international, socio-cultural, or class groups... with over 200 groups in the Association, there’s something for everyone!
You’re automatically registered for your graduation year group and your local geographical group.

How can I become a group representative?
Want to help keep the ESCP Alumni network vibrant?
Each group needs committed representatives to organise events, share key information, and build connections.
