After HEC and internships in marketing and consulting, Paul created BALIBARIS.
A successful trial in neckwear, the development of ever-expanding collections, the opening of his own boutiques (50 today)... Over the past seven years, the young brand has grown and made its mark on the men's fashion market.

A graduate of ESSEC business school, Eléonore joined Kering Group's strategy department in 2005, where she headed up the projects division, following 7 years at AT Kearney as Senior Manager in the retail practice. From 2006, she piloted the launch of Gucci Group's e-business sites, before being appointed Global e-business Director for Gucci. For 3 years, she orchestrated Sarenza's development in France and internationally, as DGA. She then became CEO of children's fashion pure player Melijoe.com. Eléonore joined Experienced Capital in June 2016, as Marketing & Digital expert.

With a DESS in Marketing from Paris 1, Alexandre began his career as a sales representative in charge of industrial projects in Seoul. In 1999, he joined the Lacoste Group as Director for Asia, then for two additional zones, the Americas and the Middle East. In 2006, he was appointed International Marketing Director. In 2009, he joined the Lacoste Group Executive Committee and took over the management of worldwide licensing and distribution. At the end of 2013, he took over FUSALP with Sophie and Philippe Lacoste and became its Managing Director.

An HEC graduate, François-Ghislain spent 2 years advising major groups on sustainable development issues. In 2005, he and Sébastien Kopp founded VEJA, a brand of sneakers made in Brazil from fair trade, organic and recycled materials. Their commitment to sustainable development is global: through its products, the VEJA brand aims to have a positive impact on societal, economic and environmental levels.
