Speakers' biographies :

- Clémentine Colin-Richard is Director of the family-owned (4th generation) and independent Richard-Pontvert SA, whose Paraboot brand is an ambassador of "Made in France" know-how. Since 2021, Clémentine has also been President of the Fédération Française de la Chaussure (FFC) .

For 117 years,Richard-Pontvert SA has been manufacturing timeless footwear for walking men and women, using sustainable raw materials and sewn manufacturing techniques, and distributing them worldwide. In 2017, the company inaugurated its new workshop at the foot of the Alps - a basin where the founding family has always lived.

- In 2013, Clara Gervais joined the founders of the newly launched Ysé brand. The company's first employee, she initially developed the digital business, then took on a more cross-functional role, structuring operations and purchasing. At the end of 2019, she became Managing Director alongside Clara Blocman, founder of Ysé, to launch an ambitious development phase.

"At the heart of our ambition: to create a brand whose products, images and words reflect the convictions and commitments of a new generation of women. At Ysé we create lingerie, swimwear and intimate wardrobe for all women, all bodies, to please or to please ourselves, just as we are." The company has been B-corp certified since 2024.

- Julien Tuffery , initially an engineer in industry and water treatment, naturally became an entrepreneur by taking over and revitalizing the family manufacture from 2016. He is now the 4th generation to head up the oldest French jeans brand and factory, which today bears the name Atelier Tuffery.

To quote Julien: "I get up every morning with the determination to build, alongside my team, a company that will be perfectly at the cutting edge 30 years from now, Humanly, Ecologically and Economically, when we pass on the keys."

- Fabien Bidet trained as a lawyer. He began his career as HR Manager at Swarovski. He then joined Dior Couture, where he spent 11 years: first in HR functions dedicated to the boutique network in Western Europe, then managing boutiques in Paris. In 2022, he joined Givenchy as Retail HR Director. He is passionate about retail, management and HR.

Givenchy, originally a haute couture house founded by French couturier Hubert de Givenchy in 1952, is today one of France's leading luxury brands for couture, ready-to-wear, leather goods, jewelry, as well as perfumes and cosmetics. It has been part of the LVMH Group since 1988.

Delegate of the ESCP Alumni Mode Group, Aurélie Khattau has been working in the luxury goods industry (Chanel, Hermès and LVMH today) for over 15 years. She has held a variety of positions in this sector (Marketing, Merchandising, Retail), both in subsidiaries and centrally.
