Dear Alumni associations,

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in our upcoming Hackathon, where we'll be focusing on an exciting challenge: Animating the French higher education Alumni community in the UK! France Alumni UK is a global network launched in 2022, with more than 600 members registered on its platform, gathering international students who undertook a study period in France.

This event provides a unique opportunity for Alumni to showcase their skills, creativity, and innovative thinking. We encourage them to form teams and collaborate to develop strategies and projects that will enhance the engagement and interaction within our Alumni community.

Please find below the important dates for the Hackathon:

• Wednesday, March 20th at 2:00 PM: Registration opens
• Thursday, April 4th at 6:00 PM: Hackathon kickoff
• Monday, May 6th at midnight: Project submission deadline
• Friday, May 10th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Project pitches with the jury
• Thursday, May 23rd evening: Prize giving at the Residence of the French Ambassador in London

You will receive in the next few days further details about this hackathon, with the registration link for distribution to Alumni members of your association to build a team.

We kindly request a confirmation of your institution's participation before March 20th.

Selected projects will be funded by the French Embassy.
