Technical, strategic and political advisor, Anne BEINIER has been working in the health and solidarity sectorfor 10 years .An advisor to the French Parliament and then to the Ministry of Solidarity and Health, she currently works for the National Expertise France agency. Subjects: PLFSS-Plf, dependency, overseas, diplomatic and parliamentary relations (French and European Parliaments), healthcare institutions, pediatric cancers, nutrition, healthcare system, social protection... Anne BEINIER is ranked in the Top Voices list of the 25 most influential contributors in 2018 on LinkedIn France, the world's largest professional network. Anne BEINIER is an expert with Agence Expertise France (Continental Europe, Africa, Indian Ocean): - European twinning to strengthen institutional capacities to better target social policies and reduce poverty. - Contributing to the reform of pension and social protection systems in Azerbaijan. Since 2010, she has carried out various assignments in the health and solidarity sectors, enabling me to develop a cross-disciplinary and integrated approach to social protection and the health system.
