At the end of 2020, the Douala Grand Mall was inaugurated in the Cameroonian economic capital. With its 18,000 m² built ecologically, 160 shops, 22 restaurants, a spa, a multiplex of 5 cinemas, it became the largest shopping center in Central Africa. Behind this project, Mathurin Jidjouc Kamdem (EMBA 2000) who, after spending twenty years within the Bouygues Construction group in France, decided to put his expertise at the service of his native country by creating, in 2012, Craft Contractors , which he still manages. Hailed by Cameroonian Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute, the center plans to generate more than 4,500 jobs and promises to boost the economy of the entire region.
