Coordination of health actors in the territories, the impact of a crisis on innovation and high-speed reorganisation?

The health crisis we are experiencing has raised many questions and created profound societal changes; 
it also challenged our ability and that of our businesses and hospitals to innovate.
Many health processes, whole sections of our healthcare system have had to adapt in a short 
time and tend towards a collaborative organization recommended by many. 
Sophie Sergent-Decherf will present the state of play of this transformation, 
the coordination of the territories as well as the perspectives and projections after the crisis 
in terms of the organization of our national health system.

Sophie SERGENT-DECHERF is a Doctor of Pharmacy. She is also a graduate of the University of Lille and holder of the European Health Policy Diploma in Strasbourg. She is a member of the College of Pharmacy. She is President of the clinical pharmacy and exercise co-ordinated commission at the national office of the FSPF (Federation of Pharmaceutical Unions of France). Until March 2019, it assumed the dual mission of coordinating the various elected members of the URPS (Regional Unions of Health Professionals) of the FSPF and of carrying the new missions of community pharmacists in conventional negotiations with the CNAM , for the implementation of the provisions relating to the Law on the reform of our health system in France, and the success of the National Health Strategy. Convinced that telemedicine is an integral part of the new coordination tools for teams of health professionals in the city and in hospitals, it has long worked for the integration of pharmacists in the development of technological innovations in the health field. In 2018, she joined the Board of Directors of the Société Française de Télémédecine (SFT). She provides education on regulatory affairs and regularly hosts training and information evenings on professional progress and the coordination of health stakeholders in the regions.
