"Can't We Say Anything Anymore?" - Reflecting on Inclusive Dialogue Without Judgment

Gender, ethnic origin, disability, sexual orientation... While our era aspires to give more attention and space to differences and marginalised profiles, this openness also brings with it its share of misunderstandings and resistance.

  • Are diversity and inclusion simply the new diktats of political correctness?
  • To what extent should companies commit themselves and their teams?
  • How can we build a society that transcends our differences?

We invite you to join us for a unique, caring conversation on Tuesday 25 June at 6.30pm. In a format that is 100% interactive, fun and resolutely introspective, we will explore these crucial questions together through a lecture, moments of individual reflection and a collective experience that respects differences of thought.

This unique session is designed and led by Alexia SENA (MiM 06), founder of Joyeux Bazar, diversity and inclusion consultant and gender expert.

At the end of the conference, we'll share a delicious cocktail to continue our exchanges and discuss our feelings in a convivial atmosphere.

We look forward to seeing you there,

About Alexia Sena

After 10 years in finance and a few years as a corporate writer, Alexia SENA (MiM 06) founded Joyeux Bazar in 2020 to create calm and constructive conversations on the issue of differences.
Today, Joyeux Bazar is both a media outlet (the podcast of the same name, dedicated to dual culture, won an award at the 2023 Paris Podcast Festival) and an agency that raises awareness and advises businesses on difference in general and ethno-racial difference in particular (conferences, training, coaching, content creation, etc.).
Alexia has also published the book ‘Comprendre le racisme et l'antisémitisme’ (Understanding racism and anti-Semitism) with Editions NANE.
