The "First 3" Young Graduate Programme is THE programme dedicated to you from the moment you graduate and for the next three years. Personalised support allows you to share your initial questions and receive expert HR advice. Depending on your needs, the support can be extended with individual coaching sessions, a dedicated networking strategy, and guidance through ESCP Alumni services, tools, and events.
