How about becoming a mentor for an ESCP student?
Last year, you were 300 ESCP Alumni who become that inspirational person for our students. Today, it's your turn!
When you were a student at ESCP, you may have had some moments of doubt, searched for your path, or simply needed an exchange to clarify your situation.
And then, perhaps, there was a person who listened, advised and inspired you at a key moment in your career.
Now, what if you could be that person?
To become a mentor in just a few clicks
- Register on your personnal space.
- Choose your number of mentees (between 2 and 4).
- Share who you are and what you can bring.
- The mentorship program will be open to students in the fall. At that time, they will be able to choose your profile.
- If you are chosen, you will receive an email to put you in touch with the student. It will be up to the student to initiate the contact.
- The rest of the story is up to you...
"It's a great way to discuss careers guidance in an unfiltered and friendly way, and to give students the benefit of our extensive professional network. The experience also kept me up to date on the motivational drivers and ambitions of future ESCP graduates. |
"Being a mentor means sharing your experience with younger graduates and giving the new generation the benefit of the advice we have received from our elders. It's also a way of staying up to date and updating your knowledge by sharing it with others." |

Why become a mentor?
- Because you are providing an incredibly useful service to students: every year, we receive enthusiastic messages from students who feel supported and better prepared to take their first steps into the professional world.
- Because it's not time-consuming: being a mentor means giving just one or two hours a month to share your advice and experience.
-
Because it strengthens the bonds of our community: the ESCP Alumni network is not just a word, but a strong link between different generations of alumni.
Thank you for your involvement.
Warm regards,
