The mentoring program is open to students
Once again this year, over a hundred ESCP graduates from all horizons have volunteered to support students throughout their studies. Inspiring men and women with diverse backgrounds, ready to share their experiences, advice, and networks to help students shape their professional paths.
A unique connection between generations
Mentorship is much more than a simple exchange between a student and a graduate. It’s a human encounter, an intergenerational dialogue, and an inspiring sharing of experiences.
Behind every pair, there is also great story. Many of them continue to stay in touch long after the programme ends: proof that the ESCP bond goes far beyond the years spent at school.
How to take part
To join the programme, you must first be a member of the ESCP Alumni Association. Once your membership has been confirmed, you can log in to your personal space and access the “Parrainage/Mentoring 2025–2026” module.
A few key rules for students
First come, first served: each mentor profile is unique. Use the filters to refine your search.
Stay open-minded about your final choice: a great mentor isn’t necessarily the one working in your dream company, so don’t overlook an inspiring profile.
Take the first step: start by reaching out via email or LinkedIn, then by phone if necessary. If you don’t make contact within 10 days, your selected mentor will be offered to another student.
Be proactive in your approach: follow up if necessary, prepare your meetings, show your commitment... you’re the one who will make the difference! If you don’t hear back from your mentor after several attempts, don’t hesitate to contact the association.
Above all, a human adventure
Joining the Mentorship Programme means immersing yourself in the heart of the ESCP Alumni community. It’s about discovering the power of the network, learning from others, and building meaningful connections that can shape a career, and sometimes a lifetime.
So, ready to get started? Go to your personal space to join the programme.
