EAP 96 - Weekend in Paris

Here comes finally an update on our upcoming meeting in Paris on September 15-17, 2023!

Here is a preview of our 3 days program:

For the cocktail on Friday night, we plan for a casual, cool venue in the centre of Paris, for a cost of €50 to €70 per person, depending on the number of participants.

For the main event on Saturday night, we have the great opportunity to book a high-end venue with a breath-taking view over the Eiffel tower. This would cost ca. €100 per guest + a privatisation fee of €25,000 (excluding VAT)

Sunday’s brunch could take place at the former Paris stock exchange, for a cost of ca. €70 per person.

We are aware that the total expense may seem quite high, but hey, this is Paris! Finding fancy venues for so many people at more reasonable prices is quite a challenge! In addition, we have considered that some of you will travel from very far just to attend our reunion, so we should make it worthwhile!

It would really make a huge difference if some of us or our companies/organisations would agree to sponsor the event: we’re aiming to raise €40,000 or more in aggregate, which would cover the privatisation fees and might also cut the individual share depending on the amount raised. We already have received firm commitments from contributors in our promotions, but we’re not there yet! If you are interested in sponsoring the event, please let us know asap, as we need to pay the different venues 50% of the overall charge to confirm the reservations !

We now need 3 actions from each of you by May 29^th:

Confirm if you plan to attend on the dates mentioned in the options during your online registratio
Pay a deposit of €150 per person by registering online (We absolutely need the funds to book the venues. Please do it as soon as you can!)
Let us know if you want to sponsor the event.
