The transgenerational link is a gift

No matter your age, you likely interact with them regularly. They could be your friends, your children, or your colleagues. Born between the late 1990s and early 2010s, they’re often called "digital natives"—well-informed, driven, and placing great importance on finding joy in their work. The challenges ahead for them are huge. Far from being the "Z" at the end of history, this generation may actually be the beginning of a major shift. In this issue, we’ve chosen to take a closer look at their approach to the workplace and explore how we can work most effectively with them. We hope to offer you some useful insights to make intergenerational exchanges even stronger.

💻 The Big Interview : Emmanuelle Leon, Prof. of Management at ESCP, Jean-Baptiste Pimenta de Miranda (ESCP 07), Kim Philippe Atias (MS 16), Louis Pellet (MiM 20), Martina Bersani (MiM 21) et Thomas Chardonnel (ESCP 94) decode Gen Z's criteria on the job market, as well as the new challenges emerging from them.
✨ Meet Alexandre Chapellier (MiM 05), owner of Cinabre, a luxury accessories brand, now has its Cinabre suite, an exceptional venue in the heart of the French capital for those who want a confidential, chic and Parisian experience.
