Networking

The ESCP network, a power to activate

One of ESCP’s greatest strengths? Its community.
A global network of 90,000 Alumni, representing over 136 nationalities across nearly 200 countries worldwide. An incredible asset, built on the diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and ambitions.

This network can be a game-changer for your career — but to turn it into a true advantage, you need to know how to activate and nurture it. That’s where ESCP Alumni comes in.

Why start now?

Meet the right opportunities

Internships, projects, work-study programmes, first jobs… the right opportunities often come sooner than you think. Building connections early gives you a better chance of opening the right doors at the right time.

Take your time

A strong network isn’t built overnight. It’s through steady progress—conversation after conversation—that trust is built and lasting relationships take shape.

Refine your career plan

Talking with Alumni helps you sharpen your ideas, explore different paths, and test your instincts against real-world experience. And sometimes, it’s the spark that helps (re)ignite a true vocation.

Concrete resources to help you move forward

Directory & Groups/Clubs

The online directory allows you to search for Alumni using specific criteria: industry, role, country… It’s a great way to find those who have taken the path that inspires you—and reach out with your questions.

Another option: the community includes Groups and Clubs that bring together Alumni based on location, sector, graduation year, or shared interests. These groups are led by volunteer Alumni Delegates. You can sign up and join one or more groups depending on your goals and interests. Connect with their representatives to grow your network through the many events listed in the agenda section.

Mentoring programme

A direct link with a committed graduate who is there to listen, answer your questions, share their experience, and help you build your path.

Session with the Talent Advisor

A personalised session with our dedicated expert for students to reflect on your goals, your project, and the best way to activate your network accordingly.
