With the climate change, the growing urbanization, the congestions and pollution in cities, the carmakers are facing new challenges and entering a zone of turbulences. The business model based on car ownership and combustion engines needs to be reinvented. In this context Porsche is launching its first all electric sportscar. How can Porsche adapt to this new era? Are customers in the luxury segment ready for this change? What is behind the first electric Porsche? What are the prerequisites necessary for this bet to succeed? And finally, what does Porsche have to change to remain the most successfull sportscars manufacturer in the future?
