    • In early 2019, Allianz France is launching Ask Mail and Bot, two innovative solutions developed to simplify and optimize the processing of emails and phone conversations. More than 1 million customer interactions and 500,000 sales calls a year will now be assisted by artificial intelligence, facilitating customer journeys through advanced use of data.
