Find out in her book " L'Art Thinking au service du manager " co-written by Irène Flogierini (ESCP Professor) and Avelina Martin Calvo (ESCP 08), artist-painter and coach in managerial transformation and innovation.

Mélia-Vendôme presents the works of Avelina (Lina), and we invite you to meet her so that she can show us how the artist's creative path opens up new perspectives on management. This hybridization is essential in a world in perpetual transformation: what if reinventing the posture of the transformational leader involved a more intuitive, sensitive and daring approach?

Avelina will share with us how art and the artist's creative process can be used by managers to inspire innovation, strategic thinking and leadership.

There will also be an opportunity to chat over drinks and tapas, and to sign her book for those who wish to do so.
