As a visitor registrant to an event we are organising, we process data about you: surname, first name, contact details, business email and telephone number, and, possibly, answers to the questions you are asked during registration or in the event's satisfaction questionnaire.
This data is solely used for the purpose of the event for which you are registering in order to:
- send you your registration confirmation,
- allow its organisation (list of participants, controls at the entrance),
- allow us to analyse the answers to the questions asked.
We may also suggest future events that we will be organising.
