Hugo Koenig ( Kedge Business School ) is Business Development Director for Canada. Hugo will tell us more about Sodexo, one of the largest employer in Canada and in the world . He  will also focus on an important factor : how Sodexo is now aiming at making food service offers  with a zero carbon footprint ( or as close as possible to zero )
