NYC Alumni - Promotion Cyber Week -Celebrate the Holiday Season with our Magic Annual Holiday Dinner ! Wednesday, December 11th

We are excited to invite you to the ESCP Alumni Christmas Party 2024, an unforgettable evening of festive cheer, fine dining, and great company!

 

Event Details:

  • Date: Wednesday, December 11th, 2024
  • Time: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Location: VIN SUR VINGT Bar Restaurant, Broadway & 26th Street, Flat Iron District, NYC
  • Capacity: 60 attendees (first-come, first-served)

Join us for a private dinner reception featuring a gourmet buffet paired with exceptional wines, including a selection from our prestigious partner Maison Chapoutier. The evening promises a relaxing, festive atmosphere, with plenty of opportunities to reconnect with old friends and perhaps meet some new ones.

 

What’s Included:

  • Buffet Feast: Fresh oysters, snail puff pastry, boudin blanc, tuna tartare, smoked salmon toast and more!
  • Wine Pairing: Premium sparkling wine, Master Class Wine Tasting, and red and white wines from Maison Chapoutier.
  • Dessert: A delectable chocolate tasting session led by Sébastien Coutellier et Pascal Caffet, World Champion Chocolatier, showcasing the finest of French confectionery from ZChocolat
  • Entertainment: there will be a lottery with some great prizes up for grabs!

 

Ticket Prices - Promotion Cyber Week  (all inclusive – taxes & 20% gratuity):

  • ESCP Alumni (Contributing Members): $90 per person
  • ESCP Alumni (Non-Contributing Members): $110 per person
  • External Guests: $120 per person

Ticket Prices (all inclusive – taxes & 20% gratuity) after Cyber Week:

  • ESCP Alumni (Contributing Members): $100 per person
  • ESCP Alumni (Non-Contributing Members): $120 per person
  • External Guests: $130 per person

Special Offer: This all-inclusive price is made possible through financial support from the ESCP Alumni Association and our partners Maison Chapoutier and ZChocolat.

How to Register:

  • Registration Period: November 6th – December 10th
  • To secure your spot, please click here to register and pay.
  • Important: Spaces are limited to 60 attendees (first-come, first-served), so we encourage you to reserve now!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before the event. A 50% cancellation fee will apply after this deadline. 

RSVP Deadline: Kindly confirm your attendance by December 9th. Your prompt response will help us ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

We look forward to celebrating the holiday season with you in the heart of New York City. Should you be unable to attend, please let us know in advance so we can offer your place to someone on the wait-list.
