ESCP Alumni offers dedicated support to help you master corporate culture. You'll learn to identify key players, engage effectively with them, set the pace for your internship, build your internal network, and stand out professionally.
These skills can be learned. Two thematic webinars—"Be the Boss of Your Internship: Nail Your Onboarding" and "Turn Your Internship into a Full-Time Job (or Craft the Best Plan B)"—will help you quickly master the basics. These webinars are usually held in May/June.

Nathalie Biren (MiM 2008) has 15 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager, Careers Manager, and HR Director.
