One major reason for not being able to decide on your future may be that you are too stressed out. An occupied mind might be in your way.

Although, very often it seems as if it was the workload that doesn’t allow to focus on the future it very often it is only an occupied mind. Anger about the past, worries about the future, anxiety and so many more negative thoughts might be in the way. There are a lot of different reasons that might add up to your stress level. Very often it is a extreme misbalance in the hormonal system that hold us back from a positive focus.

I am giving you an overview of the newest studies for a healthy body and mind and give you 7 steps to become the best version of yourself you can be.

- BODY (core training) & FLEXIBILITY (yoga)

- NUTRITION (you are, what you eat)

- STATE OF MIND (letting go, meditation, focus & concentration)

- MOTIVATION (desires & meaning, ReissProfile & Values)

- BELIEFS (mindset, questioning beliefs, metamodell)

- HABITS (creating & changing habits)
