Cultura presentation:
An independent company since its creation in 1998 by Philippe Van Der Wees, Cultura has over 110 stores, an online sales site and currently employs almost 4,500 people. As France's leading cultural retailer, Cultura's mission is to make culture accessible, alive and loved, which also makes it one of France's biggest booksellers.
Introducing Thinking Improbable art:
With Art Thinking and the unique Improbable pedagogy, art becomes an engine of transformation for the company and its employees. Invented 20 years ago by Sylvain Bureau and Pierre Tectin at the ESCP Entrepreneurship Chair, the method has become a benchmark. Today, it is used by companies from SMEs to multinationals: adopted by the BPI in 2025 to support its ETIs, but also on the benches of the grandes écoles and universities - from HEC to Centrale to Stanford.
We look forward to seeing you there,
Anne-Sophie Diligent (EMBA 15), Lydie Tempereau (MEB 99) and Eric Lévy (ESCP 2000),
New Aquitaine Group delegates.
